- I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering from Kandahar University and have developed substantial practical experience working with humanitarian and development organizations, including IRC, DAACAR, RRAA, and the Ministry of Education. Through these roles, I have gained experience in community mobilization, communication with community members and local stakeholders, field-level activities, data collection, documentation, monitoring, reporting, and coordination with different teams.

- I am particularly interested in this position because it combines community outreach, awareness, coordination, documentation, and support to vulnerable women and girls.
